Heating plate: height: 150 mm. Around 12 PCs to 20 PCs. Grind and plated-chrome treat the surface.
Weight roller: 6 pieces of weight roller for each heating plate. Besides, hydraulic system controls its lifted/lower adjustment.
3-stage adjustable pressure for weight roller is controlled by pneumatic system.
Tension control and right/left adjustments of upper Cotten Belt are controlled by pneumatic system.
Tension control and right/left adjustments of lower Cotton Belt are controlled by manual.
