N.C. SINGLE BLADE SLITTER SCORER( SLAT-4SB )

One station scoring and slitting tool.
Slitting capacity: 4 out(slitting tool: 5 sets, and scoring tool: 8 sets).
Slitting and scoring bracket's shaft: with 120 mm in diameter and the surface is well treated by grind and plated-chrome.
Diameter of slitting tool: 270 mm (with thin blade).
Diameter of scoring tool: 224 mm.
Minimum slitting size: 135 mm.
Minimum scoring size: 110 mm.
Pneumatic system controls raising and lowering of slitting and scoring tool, and order can be easily changed during the machine running without stopping it.
Slitting and scoring size are adjusted by electric motor. Maximum setting: 13 seconds.
Up to 99 order changes can be stored into the memory.
Production order No. can be output from memory by actual need.
The machine can move right or left within 50 mm via electric motor.
With electric waster paper suction equipment.
With a 7 1/2 HP A.S. motor + inverter for scoring tool, and a 10HP A.C. motor + inverter for slitting tool, so it can operate with double backer synchronously.
