In
order to ensure the quality and service life of the corrugating
rolls, all the corrugating rolls are made from imported Nickel,
Chrome and Molybdenum alloy steel with necessary quality treatment
thus stabilizing the composition of material. The outside diameter
and inner hole of the corrugating rolls undergo lathing process
to ensure their concentricity. The journals are connected with
corrugating rolls by heating contraction. After shaving, the
flute surface will receive intermediatesonic treatment to attain
to the hardness of Hs 75 degree and precise computerized turn-ground
polish and chrome treatment to ensure the accuracy and durability
of the corrugating rolls.
