  • The first conveyor with vacuum system whose top with spring steel fingers including a pressure control system in relation to corrugated board length can collect and pile corrugated board sheets perfectly.
  • When sheet is up to preset quantity, the vacuum system will align its movement automatically. at the same time, the first conveyor reduces its speed, and the following conveyor speed up sequently. Therefore, it will make each pile of corrugated boards separate accurately by order change.
  • The conveyor has been divided into 4 pieces which are controlled by individual A.C. servo motor. Because of this feature, it will stack corrugated boards smoothly in relation to corrugated board length, quantity, and different production speed.
  • The platform of the downstacker is used by hydraulic system. Therefore, it will work smoothly through proportional and directional control valve.
  • The outlet driven rolls of the loading platform turn from slow to fast. With this feature, it will make the pile of corrugated boards convey smoothly.
